Contact us through our form or by phone to schedule a free estimate for your home improvement or emergency repair project.

After a quick phone call to gather basic information, a Project Consultant will come out to your home to take measurements, review your options, and put together a detailed quote on the spot. We’ll answer any questions to help you decide if we’re the right fit for your project.


Do you charge for quotes or estimates?

No. Phone consultations and estimates are free and carry no obligation.


What information do you need from me to start?

On the phone, we will confirm your address and project details, and answer any questions you have about the estimate.


How long will my project take to complete?

Most roof replacements and vinyl siding is done in a day. For windows, it depends on how many. We try to complete work in a day to minimize interruption to your life. Fencing takes 1-2 days to install after the posts have set. Decking may take 2-7 days depending on the size of the project. Painting may take 1-3 days depending on how much old paint needs to be stripped on the exterior.


Will sales people come to my home?

A Project Consultant will come to your home to review your options. From there they will take measurements and give you a quote.

This can even be done before our Project Consultant arrives at your home. When you schedule the consultation and free estimate, we will be able to flawlessly visualize your new roof product on your home.


Does this software cost extra?

No. Through our partnership with this technology, we will be able to show you how it works at no cost.


I don't want to take pictures of my home, or I don’t have a smartphone: can someone take pictures for me?

Yes. Our Project Consultants are available to help you visualize your project using our software.






3. Payment

We offer financing, or can work with your insurance company to assist you with processing your claim, depending on your need.

We can help make your project affordable through financing options, and have trained insurance professionals on staff to help you navigate the insurance process. Of course, down payments can be made outright if your in a position to do it as well.


Are credit cards accepted?

Yes. We accept Visa, MasterCard, and Discover.


Does TechLine offer financing?

Yes. We offer a wide array of roof financing options with approved credit through a third-party finance company.


Can TechLine help with insurance claims?

Yes. Our company has relationships with all of the major insurance carriers. We can always negotiate on your behalf during claims, with your best interest in mind.


What is the cost of a new roof?

With our roof financing options, monthly payments are available. At TechLine Roofing & Exteriors, we offer open-book pricing. When you receive your free inspection, we will always be upfront about our prices and can provide you with a free estimate on the spot.

Do I need to be home while the work is being done?

All of our roof and siding work is done on the exterior of your home. This means that you would not have to be home because we would not need to come inside. But if you'd like to, feel free. Our installers are licensed and insured so you don't have to worry.


Who will do the work for my project?

Factory-trained installers contracted by TechLine will complete the work. They are insured and bonded.


How long will my project take to complete?

Most roof replacements are done in 1-3 days. We try our best to complete work in a day to minimize interruption to your life.

Will TechLine provide a warranty on repairs?

All of our work comes with a written warranty, regardless of the type of work. With the average roofing company, if the shingles fail, you may get new shingles on a pro-rated basis, but only if you can prove it was the material and not the roofer. If the labor fails, you might get free labor, providing the company is still in business. Either way, you can get stuck with the bill with a roofer’s warranty. At TechLine, there is no gap in the coverage of our premium products. We stand behind your roof 100%, for as long as you live in your home.


Does the TechLine "for a long as you live in your home" warranty apply to both materials and labor?

We take 100% accountability. We stand behind our premium roof products – this means if anything fails, we’ve got you covered.
